Good day Brethren, here is the notice for our Annual Outdoor Meeting on Monday June 10th 2024, it will be held at the same location (Camp Hatikvah in Oyama - See Maps)
They have installed a security gate and to get through it you must have perfect timing or if it is closed then call my cell: Steve Chung 250-878-2100 I will let them know to open the gate.
(a sign with my number will be on the gate) (The Gate will be open while it is manned by our temporary tylers at 4:45pm)
The dinner ticket fee $tba will be collected at the gate please try to have exact change
Cocktails at 5:00pm
Lodge Tyle's at 6:00pm
BBQ ($tba.00) to follow. (Simple Meal: Burgers, All Beef Dogs, Salad, Bag of Chips and a cake to honour the attendance of our MW Grand Master Art Smith)
Dress Code:
Lodge Officers: Slacks, Close Toed Shoes, Shirt & Tie, Jacket (No Jacket if 30° or more)

The Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon has created Google Calendars for every District in the jurisdiction. These calendars can be accessed through our new website trestleboard.freemasonry.bc.ca.
There you can subscribe to any District calendar you are interested in. Below is a QR code that can be used to quickly subscribe to the Grand Master Itinerary calendar. To subscribe to other calendars go to trestleboard.freemasonry.bc.ca.
If you get the error “the calendar does not exist”, it is probably due to not being logged into a Google account on your phone. Another option is to use a browser on your computer to sign up through the website.
